Getting There -- If you're coming by train, get off in Cordes-Vindrac and walk, rent a bicycle, or take a taxi the remaining 3km (1 3/4 miles) west of Cordes. For train information, call tel. 36-35, or 08-92-35-35-35. For a minibus, call Taxi Barrois (tel. 05-63-56-14-80). The one-way fare is 4.15€ ($5.40) Monday to Saturday, rising to 6.65€ ($8.65) after 7pm and on Sunday. There's no bus service. If you're driving, take N88 northwest from Toulouse to Gaillac, turning north on D922 into Cordes-sur-Ciel. Note: You must park outside the city and then walk through an arch leading to the old town.
