On the A la Carte menu you will find local delicacies such as Clonakilty black pudding, artisan beef and when in season pheasant. It manages to retain a relaxing atmosphere even though it is a landmark hotel restaurant. The focus is definitely on the customer with well trained staff providing friendly service. This price is to be expected this top dining institution but well worth the splurge.
