- An old Turkish bathhouse is the unusual site of this innovative restaurant. The award-winning chef, Mercy Fenton, manages to get the very best from her ingredients, most of which are organic. Menu highlights include sweet onion and cider soup, roasted haddock and champ served in a lamb jus, and vegetable lasagne with buffalo mozzarella and oven roasted tomatoes. The extensive wine list is reasonably-priced. The high ceilings and pastel coloured walls create a stylish, comfortable atmosphere, while modern paintings adorn the walls and soulful music plays in the background.
