- This quaint restaurant has over 90 years of history. It's been in the Angulo family for three generations, serving the very best in Yucatecan specialities. Denis Angulo oversees the operation but his Juanita Angulo is the real genius. Enjoy her huevos rancheros, pollo pibil and the pork brochette. Inside the walls are covered with photos of the family alongside famous people who have eaten there (can you can find Jackie O's picture). You can also dine outdoors under an ancient mamey tree. Prices are very reasonable. His grandson runs the excellent Las Tortugas restaurant.
