Description:
- This restaurant is right across the street from the ferry docks so it gets a lot of traffic and the crowds can be overwhelming. But this open-air cafe is a great place to just sit back and do a little people watching. The food is consistently okay and the staff is generous with the chips and salsa as well as with the tequila. Their margarita has quite a punch to it.
