Las Tortugas - Cozumel

  • Description:

    • Las Tortugas (the turtles) has been one of Cozumel's favorite places to eat since 1979 and is another eatery run by the Angulo family. The restaurant shies away from any from flashy Tex-Mex menus or Ameri-Mex food and concentrates on Mexican cuisine - so traditional that you can practically taste the history behind each dish. The seafood is brought in fresh daily and cooked to order. The fish is incredible and the Conch Ceviche - when available - is highly recommended.
