PADI Certified Scuba Diving in Cozumel

Description:

  • Dive in the crystal clear water surrounding the Caribbean's Cozumel island on a certified dive trip from Playa Uvas. Swim in the turquoise water, dive through tunnels, glide over huge coral heads and gaze at beautiful marine life.

Your Cozumel diving adventure begins when you board the boat at Playa Uvas. A 20 to 25 minute cruise on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean brings you to your first dive site. Here, you can do a wall dive to a depth of 120 feet (35 meters) to find large coral heads, a wide variety of colorful marine life, and the chance to swim through underwater tunnels (no caves).

After your first dive, you will have an hour of surface time to snorkel or leave the boat to lay on the beach in the sun. Once you are ready for the second dive, you will continue to another reef with a depth up to 60 feet (18 meters) where more marine life, underwater beauty and colorful reefs are waiting.

This is a certified diving activity and you are required to show your C-Card on the day. If you have a favorite type of dive site (deep, shallow, multi-level, table), simply let the crew know on the day and they will do their best to accommodate your request (subject to local conditions and the group's preferences).

For enthusiastic divers out there who want to make the most of the excellent diving opportunities Cozumel has to offer, you can choose to extend to a 2, 3,4 or 5 day diving package. Every day the dive site visited is different with more than 30 places to choose from.
