Description:
- This beach club belongs to the hotel of the same name, is open to the public, and is frequented by locals and tourists. This is the closest beach area to downtown, is a good place for snorkeling, and offers dive lessons. There is also a volleyball net, lounge chairs, and umbrellas for shade.
On Sundays there are salsa lessons at 12:30 p.m. followed by live music. The band, Aguanile, consists of Cuban and Mexican musicians, and is Cozumel's best salsa band. Beach club is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, and children are welcome. - © NileGuide2012
