- Plaza Confetti is located directly on the north side of Plaza Central. It's a small, Mexican style shopping plaza with colonial architecture, painted in shocking pinks, yellows and oranges. There is lots of junk here mixed in with quality handcrafted items such as Huipi Les (traditional Mayan dresses), Panama hats, and hammocks. Mostly you will see quite a lot of t-shirts, postcards and get lots of offers to have your hair braided. Still, it's a fun place to look around and try out your bartering skills.
