traveling in Nov with 3 & 6yr old to run IM cozumel. Want a KID FRIENDLY hotel that is not for from event (chankanaab parl). any suggestion?

Casa Viento (see http://www.nileguide.com/destination/cozumel/hotels/hotel-casa-viento/1006408) is on the North Side of the island, across from the golf course - part of the IM route. It has a pool, suites with kitchens or at least coffee makers and fridges, an outside grill for guests to use, and is a three minute walk to a quiet beach. The owners are super nice, know the island really well, and are helpful with whatever needs one may have.
