Were can I get a printed map of Cozumel listing hotels, things to do, restaurants, beachs, reefs, and historical sites? Thank you!

I have yet to come across a good printed map, but I know a couple of locals who know everything there is to know about the island: Robert (eslabonperdido@mac.com) does special small groups, low-impact nature tours, and Raul (http://kitecozumel.com/content/view/76/56/), besides being a kiteboard instructor, is native to Cozumel, can help arrange tours and he and his wife, Nicole, who owns Casa Viento, are extremely helpful.
