What is the difference between Cozumel and Ilsa Mujues Island? Which would you recommend for scuba ?

Cozumel is best for scuba. However do not miss the Underwater Museum in Isla Mujeres. If you stay in Cozumel, you can take a day trip to Isla Mujeres (less than 3 hours away, door to door). Or stay in Isla Mujeres and visit Cozumel. Or stay in Puerto Morelos, which is half way between the 2 island.
