- In this restaurant of Cuenca´s typical food, you will try different flavors of our national kitchen. The owner, Mrs. Manuelita, is a nice woman who will attend you with a big smile and she will show you a new form to eat pork, corn and potatoes, served at Cuenca´s style. You don´t get wooried to go there, is a nice, clean and warm place! Enjoy with our food.
