The salsa is made many times a day from fresh tomatoes and spices. Our chili con carne is made daily from the freshest meat we can buy. The tacos are hand made daily. We do not use freezers. Our goal is to provide the freshest, tastiest food at a price that makes it affordable to feed the whole family.
