Close to the center of town, this restaurant boasts an extensive wine list and old-fashioned European ambience. The kitchen turns out excellent lobster salad and sole meunière in butter-and-herb sauce. Other good choices include poached Norwegian salmon and U.S. beef tenderloin with goat-cheese sauce. Game dishes, imported throughout the year from Holland, include venison roasted with mushrooms.
