- Around the corner from Km 0, Nuna Machay is a bohemian hang-out comprised of a hodgepodge of found and recycled furniture. Popular amongst the younger residents of the San Blas district, Nuna Machay offers a rustic and laidback environment in which to chat about art and travel, attempt to play a didgeridoo or catch a live reggae, salsa or Andean fusion show. Their hours of operation can be unpredictable and they are sometimes open in the afternoons for a daily fixed menu and snacks. Not a late night spot, travelers usually converge at Nuna Machay to enjoy an all-night happy hour and an intimate musical performance before heading downhill to the mayhem of Cusco's late-night scene.
