Adults are charged USD15, and kids under 12 USD7. Shuttles exit the airport about every 30 minutes. Dallas is surrounded by a massive network of interstate highways lending it easy accessibility. Interstate 30 funnels into downtown from the northeast, while Interstate 20 approaches from both the east and west. Bus service spans the entire Dallas/Fort Worth area along with the surrounding suburbs. The buses are surprisingly clean and well monitored. Most one-way fares cost USD1.25. Dallas's light rail (LRT) operates via three lines: red, blue, and green. The red travels in a northeast/southwest direction, while the blue follows a southwest/south course. Both stop at all of downtown's major attractions including the Sixth Floor Museum, the Dallas World Aquarium, and the Dallas Convention Center. There are 14 separate bike trails that fan throughout the Dallas/Forth Worth area, but are better suited for leisurely rides along lakes than for commuting to specific destinations, especially in downtown. If you ride in downtown look for white-and-blue designated bike route signs.
