• Description:

    • Al Biernat, formerly with The Palm, created this popular see-and-be-seen eatery. Biernat's has been refurbished in muted earth tones with soft lighting. The ceiling mural is breathtaking. Owner/chef Al Biernat is likely to greet you personally, but if he doesn't, the excellent wait staff will treat you like royalty. The Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with Remoulade Sauce is a tasty way to get things started. A long time favorite, Al's Salad, with hearts of palm, avocado, shrimp and crab, may be the best salad you've ever had. The flagship of the dinner menu is the Caramelized Salmon with Roasted Asparagus and Eggplant with hot and sour ginger sauce.
