- This Seattle-based chain, Palomino Euro Bistro which opened in late 1997, has revived the Crescent Court Hotel complex's social scene. Home to hip young urban professionals, Palomino's great food and lively decor. This swank bistro is full of Euro-style columns and marble. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. Begin with an out-of-the-ordinary appetizer such as the thick and delicious Portobello Mushroom Soup. Signature dishes include Roasted Garlic Chicken with Pancetta (Italian ham), Butternut Squash Risotto with roasted baby pumpkin and Roasted Seafood Ravioli. Decadent desserts include the Molten Chocolate Tower and a Souffle resting in a puddle of sambuca creme anglais.

The food is good. Quantities too big in my opinion. Sitting outside in good weather is fun. The breads are fresh. Good variety of fish. My favorites are their salads.

Very nice restaurant, and very tasty food. There's lots of other restaurants nearby but I always say that Palomino is a better choice than the others. Nice views too.
