Well, one of the best is a place called Kirby's, originally only on Greenville but now in Southlake as well. Their website is - http://www.kirbyssteakhouse.com/
Also equal to Kirby's in my opinion is Bob's on Lemmon Ave. http://www.bobs-steakandchop.com/
There are also plenty of the Brazilian style places which are really good food and a lot of it like Boi Na Braza or Texas de Brazil.
