Unlike the flashy, upscale LoDo version of this small Colorado restaurant chain, this no nonsense spot occupies a space barely big enough for tables. If you are dying for a taste of barbeque with a Texas touch, try one of its sandwiches, especially the Pulled BBQ Pork offering. It comes piled so high with slabs of meat that it resembles a tiny food edifice. The St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs are popular too.
