- Located in what was once Denver's red light district, this American bistro has preserved the elegant structure of a historical building, known as the "House of Mirrors," that used to operate as a brothel. The lunch menu focuses on salads and sandwiches, but also offers a fine selection of entrees including the Cilantro Chicken Stuffed Raviolis. The knockout dinner menu presents a superb offering of baby back ribs with garlic mashed potatoes. The herb roasted chicken rates high as well. The wine and cognac lists are excellent too.
