- Peter Chang has been serving up his Chinese specialties in the Congress Park area for over 30 years. The non-MSG menu contains over 30 items, including an assortment of entrees made with pork, beef, chicken, seafood and vegetables. The Chicken Lo Mein, Crab Cheese Wontons and Sesame Chicken highlight the selection. Lunch specials pepper the menu Monday through Friday from 11am to 3pm. Seating is very limited. Delivery to offices and homes is free with orders of $10 or more.
