- Cuisines: American, Steakhouses
- From the 7-oz. Filet Mignon to the 28-oz. Porterhouse, the aged, fine-cut steaks at Prime 121 may bring out the caveman in you, but use your fork and steak knife like everyone else, please. They serve great seafood, too, and if you've never had a genuine New England Lobsta, get in heah, quick! The food is almost matched by the rich interior and expansive feel of the place. There's a bar with a menu of its own, and the wine list and specialty drinks are… special. One of the pricier steak places in Denver, but the class is right up there, too.
