Description:
Sam Taylor's in southeast Denver is a solid neighborhood favorite, but there's more here than you'd expect at first glance. Sam Taylor himself obtained a Master's in Rehabilitation and Psychology before he found his true calling. Although people come for the barbecue, they come back for the homemade chips and sweet tea. The menu's pretty expansive and includes way more methods of preparing catfish than one would expect for Colorado, the state where beef is king. To round everything out, you can try one of Sam's own "One Bone Lager" with your meal.
