Description:

  • The ghosts from the Battle of Ciudad Puebla wander the streets of Denver during this celebration that honors Hispanic culture. The event, which is the largest Cinco De Mayo festival in the nation, opens with the annual Celebrate Culture Parade winding through the streets of downtown before the party moves to Civic Center Park. More than 200 vendor booths peddle arts and crafts and tasty eats, while four stages rock with music. The wee ones can find fun at the children's area, or seek thrills in the carnival midway. Admission is free.
