There are several Macy's around town, although the closest one to downtown is in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center, 2500 E. 1st Ave. This is a 5-10 min drive (or quick cab ride) from downtown. The shopping center is indoors and offers valet parking at the main mall entrance. You will also find other major department stores here, such as Neiman Marcus and Saks. The mall is part of the Cherry Creek Shopping District, which also includes many fine restaurants, jewelery and art galleries, and specialty boutiques. It is all very walkable, so you can explore to your heart's content!

There is one on the 29th st. mall in Boulder, a much more fun place to visit, and you can visit Pearl St. Mall while you are there, on of the most fun places in Colorado. You can take the RTD bus from Market St. in downtown Denver to Boulder a block from the mall.
