- The most scenic beauty in this vally, the beautiful Lakes, lush green vallies, snow coverd peaks, and the whole valley full of beautiful glaciers. One can approach Naran by road Islamabad in about 8 hours drive. from Islamabad while going to Naran you will have to board on the famous Karakoram High way just off the Grand Trunk Road to Peshawar at Hassan Abdal and the you will passed through the Abbottabad and Mansehra of Hazara Division and then just after Mansehra you will leave the karakoram highway and will turn toward Balakot which is situating 48 Kilometers from mansehra. At Balakote one can stay for a while at a very beautiful PTDC motel which is midway stop on the way to Naran. from here Naran is just 80 Kilometers, from Balakote the Kagan Valley started and one have to travele alongwith the River Kunhar. After travelling 25 Kilometer, there is a very beatiful place off the about 10 Kilometer from Kawai called Shogran, which is the most fascinating place and then the Sri pai at the elevation of about 10000 feet and the Makra mountains which is further 2200 feet at the elevation of about 12000 feet. On the way further to Naran one can see most beautiful and lush green vallies and pine forests. Once your reach Naran you will feel like in heaven. The Lush Green sorroundings and the sonow covered mountains and lot of glaciers. The Legendry Lake Saif is further 10 Kilometer from Naran, which is the most beautiful lake of the valley, you can see the reflection of blue sky and the snow peaked mountain very clearly. the other beautiful place in Naran valley is Lalazar which is the most attractive and a beautiful pine forest in the sorrounding. The attraction of Naran valley is the main High way toward Jhalkad which is about 60 Kilometers long way and then to the Lolosar Lake, the starting point of Kunhar River. This valley then touches the karakoram Highway through Babu sar pass.
