Offerings of classic American dishes paired with our family oriented service culture, make the grille the gathering destination to eat, drink, and share good times. Our elegant bar and dining space remain true to the original building features of the historic Westin Book Cadillac, allowing the memories and magic of times gone by to remain in our guests and restaurant family's hearts.
Our menu offers classic regional and American dishes created each with individual style and preparation. Each ingredient and flavor profile is made in house and is brought to us by local Michigan vendors. Chef Booth focuses on a seasonal menu, highlighting natures best products.
