- Bourbon Steak is one of Top Chef Michael Mina's two contributions to the MGM Grand Detroit. Putting a new spin on the good ol' steakhouse selections, Bourbon Steak offers the usual porterhouse, sirloin, filet mignon, and ribeye, but spices up the flavor by cooking them on a wood burning grill. Mina gets creative with the side dishes, offering Mushroom Pot Pie, Spinach Souffle, Jalapeño Creamed Corn, and Truffled Mac & Cheese, among others.
