rena's on the beach

• irene as she is called is an older swedish woman. who speaks several languages, and has lived in the area for several years. she is very kind and simpathetic. she offer small meals, reasonably priced, and of course beer and liquor. her place fronts the main beach road in juan dolio, and out the back deck is the beach. you can rent tables and chairs on the beach, or simply watch people walk down the main drag. a very comfortable location to spend the day.it is one of the local favorites
