User Review:
- Of great cultural, historic and architectural interest. The capital of the German state of Saxony. It was almost wiped out towards the end of the second world war. Since then the city centre has been completely restored. Sights to see include the Church of Our Lady a protestant church, the Semper Oper, the new "Green Vault" containing the treasures of the former Royal family and the river front. A world Heritage Sight.
