• Madinat Jumeirah provides a glimpse of what an old style souk (market in arabic) might look like in a much more modern and more importantly, air-conditioned way. Lots of shops, redtaurants and bars in this area with several first class hotels surrounding it. Gets very busy at the weekends, especially in the area with restaurants and bars. An area where beautiful people hang out (or people who think they are beautiful.lol) Has a great view of the Burj Al Arab, especially good photo opportunity in the vening when it is lit up
