The excellent dishes vary, but among favorites typically offered are ravioli with Scottish lobster and salmon as a starter, and slow-cooked pork belly with lentils, black pudding, and pan-fried foie gras as a main dish. If the food quality seems a cut above other Dubai restaurants, it's because Ramsay uses the finest produce available locally and flies in fresh ingredients from around the world.
