Ramsay shares the title of holding the most Michelin stars of any chef, now with 12 at various restaurants around the globe. In Dubai, he has created an elegant dining space characterized by white minimalist decor; service is refined and very attentive. The excellent dishes vary, but among favorites typically offered are ravioli with Scottish lobster and salmon as a starter, and slow-cooked pork belly with lentils, black pudding, and pan-fried foie gras as a main dish. If the food quality seems a cut above other Dubai restaurants, it's because Ramsay uses the finest produce available locally and flies in fresh ingredients from around the world.
