• Cin Cin is mainly a wine bar, located at the prestigious Fairmont Dubai. It has over 350 international labels to offer and around 55 wines by the glass. The neatly set ambiance takes trendiness and elegance onto a new level. It's dimly lit bar and restaurant but the light is good enough to see what you're having. The food here is excellent and one should try the beef tenderloin here, which is served in good proportion as well. There is usually a very open and accepting clientele here so, if you're looking to escape the hard-line conservativeness of Dubai, here is a good place to show your pride. However, be warned that any "illegal" activity, no matter how ridiculous it might seem, is subject to raids by police, so be careful.
