Focus Theatre - Dublin
  • Type: Theater
  • NileGuide Expert Says:

We have recently received word that the theater has been recently refurbished and now presents a full line-up of productions.

  • Description:

    • This tiny experimental theatre, which seats less than 50 people, was legendary in its heyday, and responsible for the emergence of a variety of Irish writers, actors and directors. The theatre is less active these days, primarily due to a lack of funding, but still sometimes produces quality work, also hosting a popular lunchtime season of new Irish plays during the summer months. Opening hours vary greatly, although productions are generally advertised in the Irish press.
