• There is no such thing as a real romantic hotel in Swords, but taking into acount that this is hotel has a castle of 13 century across the street makes it attractive. The castle, though in resturation, adds to the atmosp[here of the place with its long pentagonal walls - expect the Ghost of Ham;et's father to show up. Tudors TV show scenes were shot here. About the hotel - it has a nice adjacent pub Harp with liv music in it and the food in the hotel is not bad at all. Plus - take a bus 102 ( 5 min from hotel) and you'll be on the sea shore in Malahide in no time.
