Description:

• If nobody told you this place was vegetarian, you'd probably never notice, so interesting is the menu and so tasty is the food. It's a lovely looking place, with soaring 9m (30-ft.) ceilings softened by a suspended sailcloth and muted lighting. Brunch is classic here, with pancakes, huevos rancheros, and French toast topped with fresh fruit or organic maple syrup. The rest of the day, you can sample the homemade dips -- hummus, baba ghanouj, tapenade, roasted carrot pâté -- with crudités and pita-bread strips. True to its name, there are about 30 kinds of juices and smoothies on offer.
