One of the hottest restaurants in Dublin, this effortlessly elegant place on the Grand Canal has a great country-chic style. Its white, tongue-in-groove walls and fresh floors set the stage for French-influenced cuisine, made with artisan cheeses and local, organic meats and produce. Try the cider-braised pork with celeriac boulangere, girolle mushrooms, and confit savoy cabbage, or the monkfish and mussel cassoulet with Morteau sausage. Desserts are inspired. Book in advance or you'll never get a seat.
