Description:
This tiny place is a modern, creative cafe, focusing on fresh local produce and meats, and innovative dishes. It has a rugged, ancient look, with exposed brick walls and utilitarian metal lights and red arm chairs. Stellar dishes include anything for breakfast (scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, or ricotta cheese pancakes, for instance), or for lunch or dinner Moroccan lamb meatballs, the pesto chicken ciabatta sandwich, and the caramelized pear salad. Make a good, inexpensive dinner by sharing a few small plates with a friend; with a glass of wine, it'll still only cost you about €20 each.
