Dublin Literary Pub Crawl

Dublin Literary Pub Crawl - Dublin
  • Type: Tours
    • User Rating

  • Description:

    • This is the grown-up equivalent of those "literature can be fun"-type schemes aimed at kids. But what a fantastic idea! Walking in the footsteps of Joyce, Behan, Beckett, Shaw, and other Irish literary greats, this tour visits Dublin's most famous pubs and explores their deep, literary connections. Actors provide humorous performances and commentary between stops. Throughout the night, you can join in a literary quiz -- if you win, you'll get a prize. The tour kicks off at the Duke Pub on Duke Street (off Grafton St.) at 7:30pm, and covers about 1km (1/2 mile) over two and a quarter hours.
