• This modern German restaurant, decorated in a very approachable style, has been located in the old Gruenen Mond building for quite a while now. Their clientele crosses age and class boundaries: all sorts of folk drop in for an 'Altbier' or a glass of wine. The menu might be described as modern homely German cuisine, ranging from dishes such as baked potato with herbed sour cream, poultry served with salad to their rich burgers or an Edelmann platter. On Sundays, the restaurant is not only filled with members of the local community, but becomes a popular meeting place for a relaxed breakfast, or simply a mid-morning drink. During the summer months the terrace is in use.
