Description:
- Most of Dusseldorf's gastronomes are still in the midst of weighing up whether or not, there is room for one more restaurant serving creative and modern food. Meanwhile, a steady throng of guests occupy the few tables in this minimalist restaurant, situated on a corner, right in the thick of things. Competition in the area is hotting up and still, free seats in Roberto's bistro, remain as rare as finding an oasis in the Sahara. But why? Naturally, because of the delicious mostly French-inspired dishes and the very fair prices. Once a guest has sampled the stuffed calf's tongue or the turbot, washed down with a glass of their wine, one can easily guess why Roberto's staff are never idle.
