Description:
- Udderbelly is a famous Festival Fringe venue in the shape of an upside-down purple cow. It contains 400 seats, a large stage and fully-equipped lighting and sound rigs, and it best known as the site to go for ludicrously funny stand-up comedians playing at the Fringe.
The E4 Udderbelly was launched in 2006 and has been grazzing in it's own Pasture in Bristo Square in the centre of Edinburgh's Old Town each Festival since. Close to the Gilded Balloon and Pleasance Dome this huge upside down purple cow has become a landmark and the amazing vibe has established a new hub for the Fringe Festival.
The E4 Udderbelly has hosted many amazing and sell out shows, including two-times Perrier nominee, Reginald D. Hunter, Channel 4's 41st best stand-up ever,Stewart Lee, the infamous Jerry Sadowitz, The aerodynamic Caesar Twins and Australia's amazing Tom Tom Club. - © Wikipedia 2013
