It combines many original features with a contemporary ambience. There are 5 beautifully appointed en-suite rooms - single, double and twin with the facility to accommodate 3/4 sharing if needed. 

    The B&B serves a delicious and varied breakfast with choice of Scottish, continental, vegetarian options and more.

    It also offers exclusive reduced rate membership passes to Virgin Active Health Club for those who are feeling energetic! Only a short walk from the house.

    It is located very close to all of the gay life in the city - bars, pubs, clubs and cafes are within 7 - 10 minutes walking distance - and it seems even less on the way home from the pub!

    The B&B has been awarded a four star grading for quality and facilities by Visit Scotland (the Scottish tourist Board). The same owners also hire luxury apartments.
