- This traditional pub on two levels is a caber's toss away from Waverley Station and boasts over 100 excellent malt whiskies. It also offers six cask real ales and a warm welcome, making it an attractive haven in which to kill some time when waiting for a train. Food is served noon-3pm on Friday and noon-6pm the rest of the week. Expect a reasonably priced choice of hearty meals with an unusual twist, such as Cajun sausages with chilli mash. They also have the standard fare like burgers and sandwiches.
