Oink is a unique venue in Edinburgh and a favourite amongst carnivorous types. The hog roast display in the window and name is indicative of the menu, but be warned there is little else. Oink delivers slow roast pork in a roll with or without crackling; the variations are sides of haggis or stuffing and you have the choice of either chilli or apple sauce as a garnish. It is fairly uncomplicated- a bit like the interior so the best advice is to visit and eat on the go. Although with the meat served in chunks as opposed to slices you'll need a seat afterwards.
