- Ristorante Gennaro is big on family, so expect several high chairs and families on a visit here. It is a friendly hospitable restaurant serving large portions of hearty Italian cuisine. The waiting staff are very conversational and enjoy interaction between guests especially when choosing from the menu. Antipasti of caprese and mozarella or bruschetta are perfect starters, although most meat dishes are automatically served with chips presumably to please the Scottish crowds, so if you desire a salad to accompany your meal please state in advance. An assortment of ice creams and tartufo classico are a light way to round off a meal.
