- Constructed in 1893 and renovated in 2001, Easter Road is the home of the Hibernian Football Club. Its maximum capacity of 17,500 makes it the seventh largest stadium of its kind in Scotland. Located in the Leith neighborhood of Edinburgh, fans have nicknamed it "The Leith San Siro," a reference to the San Siro stadium in Milan, one of the most famous football stadiums in the world. The stadium was noted for its pronounced slope, but this was removed at the end of the 1999–00 season.
